Fexpro Inc.

Development and technical coordination for a large-scale B2B commerce platform.

Fexpro is a leading brand collective in Latin America working across lifestyle, sports, fashion and trademark licensing.

With 105 licenses, multiple product categories and operations across four strategic countries, its B2B platform required a structured workflow capable of keeping product information, content and technical infrastructure ready for recurring pre-sales.

SCOPE B2B E-commerce

Managing complexity at scale.

The primary challenge was maintaining a large B2B WooCommerce platform with 105 licenses, multiple brands, product categories, sections and recurring pre-sales.

Product information came from different teams and sources. Before each pre-sale, data, imagery, product packages and website content needed to be organized, validated and prepared for import into WooCommerce.

The challenge wasn't simply adding products. It was creating a reliable workflow between data, development and content while keeping the platform technically stable and ready for customers.

Connecting development, data and people.

The work combined hands-on WordPress development with technical coordination across the teams responsible for keeping the B2B platform operational.

01

WooCommerce Management

Product structures and WooCommerce templates were created and maintained, including CSV-based import and export workflows for large product catalogs.

02

WordPress Development

Approved page designs were implemented using WPBakery within the existing WordPress environment.

03

UI Implementation

New page concepts and templates were prepared in Figma before being translated into responsive web experiences.

04

Custom Development

Existing PHP scripts and child-theme functionality were updated to support the evolving requirements of the platform.

05

Infrastructure Management

The AWS Lightsail environment was monitored and maintained through Plesk, including server management and troubleshooting.

06

Technical Coordination

Development work across additional freelance developers was reviewed and coordinated for new features, scripts, plugins and platform updates.

105 licenses.
Multiple teams.
One platform.

One of the most important parts of the project happened before development reached production.

Product information from multiple departments needed to be organized into consistent WooCommerce structures.

Working alongside data analysts, CSV files were prepared and coordinated for WooCommerce import and export, helping ensure product information, imagery and content were ready for each pre-sale.

This created a bridge between operational data and the customer-facing platform.

Development was only part of the job.

The role also involved coordinating analysts and additional freelance developers to keep each pre-sale moving toward launch.

That meant communicating across departments, validating product packages, organizing incoming information and overseeing technical work related to new features and platform updates.

On a platform of this size, maintaining clean code was only one part of the challenge. Maintaining clear communication between the people responsible for the data, content and technology was equally important.
